Kentucky 70, E. Kentucky 65 W. Virginia St. 58, Salem 52 I-Centralia's Tony Worlds came up with a big steal and fed teammate Mike Murray for a three-point play with 24 seconds left Monday night to boost the Orphans past Effingham 74-73 for the championship of the Salem Invitational Tournament.
